These Terms & Conditions Cesino forms a legal agreement between the platform and all its members. By using the Cesino website and mobile app, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement (WR). For example, if the WR is 20x and the bonus is ৳1,000, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made.

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
All games on Cesino use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predetermined in any way.
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are clearly displayed within the game. Cesino reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
If a technical error occurs during gameplay, that round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded. However, if the error results in an abnormal outcome, Cesino reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
Sports Betting Special Rules: Bets placed before a match begins are generally valid; however, if a match is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with Cesino's own rules.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any verified, withdrawable balance before proceeding with the closure.
Cesino reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns.
An account will be marked as inactive after 12 months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts.
